The tableau presented by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in this year’s Republic Day parade will highlight the engagement and application of artificial intelligence (AI) across diverse sectors and industries.
In a conversation with ANI, Director JL Gupta mentioned, “The tableau presented by the Ministry of Electronics and IT primarily focuses on AI-based technology and its potential benefits for the public.”
“You will observe a teacher adorned with a VR headset instructing children. The tableau also illustrates the application of AI in logistics and underscores its role in cattle management,” he explained.
“In addition, the tableau highlights how AI can contribute to the health sector. Aligning with PM Modi’s vision for electronic manufacturing, we’ve endeavored to incorporate semiconductor chips as well,” he added.
Jambu Zoo in Spotlight at Jammu and Kashmir’s Republic Day Parade
The Jammu and Kashmir tableau takes center stage in the Republic Day Parade, featuring the prominent Jambu Zoo. Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar Gupta shared that the tableau is a portrayal of the state’s progress and ongoing developments.
“He highlighted that the tableau illustrates the evolving developments and new dimensions in Jammu and Kashmir, with a special focus on showcasing Jambu Zoo.”
“At the rear of the tableau, women engaging in Papier Machie work are showcased, highlighting our globally renowned art. Moving further, the display illustrates the complete process of saffron, from cultivation to harvesting and export, emphasizing Jammu and Kashmir’s recognition as the saffron bowl of India,” he explained.
“In addition, the tableau features Ghanta Ghar, located at the renowned Lal Chowk in Jammu and Kashmir. The display highlights the successful renovation of the area, transforming it from a previously intimidating place to a popular tourist spot. People now visit to capture selfies and photographs, making it an appealing destination,” he added.
